By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Who Can Order
You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and you must provide accurate and complete information when ordering.
Products and Descriptions
We describe every article as accurately as we can, including fabric, number of pieces, and whether it is stitched or unstitched.
Please note:
- Colours may vary slightly between what you see on your screen and the actual fabric, due to screen settings, lighting and photography
- Embroidery and print placement may vary slightly between individual pieces, as these are handled by hand
- Measurements may vary by up to 1 inch on stitched articles
These minor variations are normal in textile products and are not considered defects. If you are unsure about anything, message us before ordering and we'll help.
Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours and offer you an alternative, a partial dispatch, or a full refund — your choice.
Pricing
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes
- Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm
- We do not add any charges after checkout
- Where a discounted price is shown alongside a higher crossed-out price, the crossed-out price is a price at which we have genuinely offered that article on this website
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Placing an Order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only after we contact you and verify it. We may decline or cancel an order if:
- The item is out of stock
- We cannot verify your contact details after [3] attempts
- There is a pricing or description error on our website
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
- The delivery address is outside our service area
If we cancel a prepaid order, you receive a full refund.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer[, and card payments]. For COD orders, full payment is due to the courier at the time of delivery.
Delivery, Returns and Refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
Your Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use this website to:
- Place fraudulent or false orders
- Interfere with the site's security or operation
- Copy our content for commercial use without permission
- Harass our staff or other customers
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — product photographs, text, logos, and design — is the property of Mehak Posh and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our reasonable control — though we will always help you resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer protection law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in effect when you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
